Azoospermia

No sperms in the ejaculate/semen. There are two types of azoospermia; one can be treated by medicines & other needs surgery

oligozoospermia

Oligozoospermia

Sperms count less than the desired normal values (low count). It can be cured by proper investigations

Oligoasthenozoospermia

Sperm count & motility is less than the desired normal values (low count & poor quality). It can be cured by proper investigations

Asthenozoospermia

Poor motility of sperms than the desired normal values (poor quality sperms). This problem is curable, needs special investigations. Treatment may be medical or surgical.

necrozoospermia

Necrozoospermia

Total loss of motility (dead sperms) - this can be / cannot be treated - the decision can be taken after proper investigations

Teratozoospermia

Abnormal sperms, more than desired normal values. Special investigations needed to find out the cause & treatment

Cryptozoospermia

sperm count is there, but it is very difficult to see in routine semen examination. Needs special investigations to treat this condition.

Pyospermia

Pus cells, more than desired normal values in semen (infection in semen). Needs special investigations to treat this infection. This problem may cause infertility or abortion.

Anejaculation

Unable to discharge any fluid/semen after ANY sexual act. Proper diagnosis & special investigations needed to treat this condition

Seminal Volume Problem

Aspermia - No seminal discharge;
Hypospermia - low volume of seminal discharge;
Hyperspermia - large volume of seminal discharge.
All these problems need special investigations to cure the problem.
